Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Baseframe Labs about your use of CampaignPacks. We have kept them as plain as we can. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use CampaignPacks.
1. Agreement
CampaignPacks (“CampaignPacks”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Baseframe Labs, based in Switzerland. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the service. If you use CampaignPacks on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Eligibility and beta access
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CampaignPacks. The service is currently in private beta and access is limited to invited email addresses. We may grant, limit, suspend, or revoke beta access at our discretion. Features may change, break, or be removed while we develop the product.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@baseframelabs.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. The service
CampaignPacks turns a website or product brief into a complete, review-first launch campaign pack, including positioning, strategy, content, calendars, and design briefs. It is a tool that helps you produce marketing materials. It does not publish on your behalf, and it is built so that nothing reaches an external tool such as Canva until you approve it.
5. Your keys and third-party providers
CampaignPacks uses a bring-your-own-key model. To generate packs you supply your own API key for an AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI), and you may optionally connect Canva. You agree that:
- Your use of each provider is governed by that provider's own terms and pricing, and any usage fees they charge are your responsibility.
- You are authorised to use the keys and accounts you connect.
- We are not responsible for a provider's availability, output, changes, or charges, and a provider issue may prevent generation.
We protect the keys and tokens you give us as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Security page.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CampaignPacks to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Submit content, URLs, or assets you do not have the right to use
- Generate deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful marketing
- Send spam or publish claims, statistics, or testimonials you cannot substantiate
- Probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the security of the service
- Resell or misrepresent the service as your own
7. Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, of the campaign packs and outputs generated for you. To run the service, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating CampaignPacks for you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you submit, including logos, brand assets, and the web pages you ask us to read, and for how you use the outputs. Note that AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.
8. AI outputs and your duty to review
CampaignPacks is review-first by design, and this matters legally as well as practically. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. They are a starting point, not finished, verified work.
- You must review, fact-check, and edit every output before you rely on or publish it.
- CampaignPacks does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional marketing-compliance advice.
- You are solely responsible for the marketing you publish, including any claims, metrics, or testimonials, and for its compliance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
- We do not guarantee any particular result, performance, or outcome from using the packs.
9. Our intellectual property
The CampaignPacks software, design, branding, and underlying systems are owned by Baseframe Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our brand or software except the limited right to use the service as intended.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis, especially during beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not promise any specific uptime or service level. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampaignPacks is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or reliable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseframe Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of CampaignPacks. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty Swiss francs (CHF 50).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baseframe Labs from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your content, your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using CampaignPacks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and our legal obligations evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in their place of residence, you agree that the competent courts of Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.
